Drawing

I've recently found myself drawing all the time. During sem break, I just had to draw every day or else I would feel really uncomfortable. This addiction would probably affect my other activities in so many negative ways, but I like it nonetheless. I want to utilize my urges to improve myself. I wasn't able to be productive last summer, so hopefully, I'll make up for it now that I have the drive again.

Gaia

It's official... I'm obsessed with Gaia again... It's my version of Facebook. I usually check out the forums and hang around if I see something interesting. I spend like 5-8 hours there everyday.

Manga

I'm back to reading manga again... But since I've already read a lot of the good ones, I've been rereading some of the titles I really liked.

I finished Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai by Ai Yazawa (creator of Nana and Paradise Kiss among others). It was recommended by my friend. The drawing style's kinda old, but the story's really nice.

I also LOVE Yumeka Sumomo/Mihara Suzu's mangas! Her stories are so touching and well-written. Her drawing style has a certain elegance to it. Her watercolor works are also really awesome! I hope I can integrate some of the elements in her drawings into my art.

I found out from that non-subscribers can use journal skins for a certain period of time, so I made the most out of it. X3 I wish I'd be able get a subscription again. Sigh... If only someone would donate me one... Hehe... I'm also willing to draw for subscriptions. If ever there is anyone interested, send me a note... ^_^
